Yard Signs Available for 5th Grade Families! PTO has teamed up with VCP, Inc again this year for yard signs! Each yard sign is customized with your child’s name for $26.95 each. To customize your sign, follow these steps*Click Customize Sign*Enter your child’s name*Click the red “x”*Click the red eye”*Click Submit Please know, once you submit, your customized name is sent through the website even though you will not see your child’s name on the sign. You can order your sign anytime between now and April 25th. PTO will be picking up all signs ordered on Friday May 6th. After PTO has all the signs, we will schedule a curb side pickup for you at Cotton Creek the evening of Friday May 6th. Congratulations to all our 5th Graders!
We are traveling around our district each night the week of March 7th to help raise funds for our “parent” pto, the district 118 PTO. Each night is a different restaurant with anywhere from 10-20% coming back to us.
Why do we have a school PTO and a district PTO? The district helps keep track of the two middle school PTOs and the three grade school PTOs. It pays our insurance and keeps us legal. Without them each school would have to pay for this themselves and do a ton of paperwork. This replaces the bingo night that we have had in the past but were unable to do this year. Enjoy a night or even a week of not cooking and see what our local restaurants have to offer!
We have started a new fundraising program! Send your old ink cartridges to school and we will recycle them for you! A box will be at school to collect them. Our wonderful Village of Island Lake has agreed to help us collect them too. There’s already a bin for them in the lobby to collect.

The holiday shop is coming back to Cotton Creek! Due to covid restrictions we are only able to have this event for one day, Saturday December 11th from 9-2. Please sign up at bit.ly/2021ccsholidayshop to secure a time. We can only have a limited number of shoppers at a time. Siblings of CCS students are welcome to shop too. Please sign up for one spot per child shopper. Parents will be able to wait in the hallway if your child would like to shop without you peeking at your gift. (This is not a drop off event).

OUR NEW SPIRITWEAR IS LIVE We submitted all the bulldog designs from the other day and the company created some spiritwear with what we sent! Our website is open year round with occasional sales which we will share when we hear about them. The CCS PTO will get 10% back from every sale. All orders will ship directly to you within about a week or so after ordering.
